Information about refunds, withdrawal rights, technical access issues and exceptional cases relating to digital products purchased from Seveho Trading.
Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once a product has been delivered, downloaded or otherwise made accessible, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Digital products may include Google Sheets templates, trading journals, portfolio trackers, calculators, PDF guides and other electronically supplied materials.
Products are delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped to the customer.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.
For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, however, the right of withdrawal may expire once performance has begun after the customer has expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the possible loss of the right of withdrawal.
Where legally required, the checkout process should record the customer’s consent before digital access is provided immediately.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue accessing, downloading, opening or copying your purchased product, please contact us.
We will make reasonable efforts to restore access, provide a replacement link or otherwise help resolve the issue.

Each request is assessed individually based on the circumstances and information provided.
The same digital product was accidentally purchased more than once.
A material technical issue prevents reasonable use of the purchased product.
The product provided does not match the product shown in the confirmed order.
Other exceptional circumstances may be reviewed based on the specific case.
