Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered, downloaded, or made accessible, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, that right may expire once performance has begun after the customer has expressly consented to this and acknowledged the possible loss of the right of withdrawal.

Exceptions
Refunds may be considered on a voluntary basis in exceptional cases, but only at our discretion and without recognition of any legal obligation.
If you later sell directly through your own checkout, the checkout flow should explicitly record consent for immediate performance of digital content where required.
